Who should take extra care, or check with a doctor first

Massage is generally well tolerated, but a few situations call for extra caution. Please check with a healthcare professional before booking, and let our team know beforehand, if any of the following apply to you:

  • Fever, infection, or a contagious illness.
  • Open wounds, skin conditions, or a recent injury in the area to be treated.
  • Recent surgery you haven't yet been cleared for.
  • Pregnancy — see our Medical Disclaimer for full guidance.
  • A diagnosed blood clot, deep vein thrombosis, or related circulatory concern.
  • Any other condition where you're unsure whether massage is appropriate for you.

Full detail on this is on our Medical Disclaimer page — this page focuses on hygiene and what to expect during your visit.

Our hygiene standards

Treatment room sanitation

Every treatment room at our massage center Ajman is cleaned and sanitised between sessions, so each guest walks into a fresh space.

Fresh linens every session

Towels and covers are changed for every guest and are never reused between sessions.

Therapist wellbeing

Our therapists are expected to stay home if unwell, and our team follows routine health and hygiene practices as part of daily operations.

Private treatment rooms

Sessions take place in private, closed treatment rooms — not shared or open-plan spaces.

What to expect as a guest

  • Every therapist is trained in the massage style they perform.
  • You're welcome to ask about a therapist's experience or the technique being used at any point.
  • Our team is expected to maintain professional conduct at all times, and to decline any request outside our licensed wellness services.
  • Pricing — AED 99 per hour — is confirmed at reception before your session begins, with no hidden fees.

Before-booking checklist

  • ✓ Hydration — Drinking water before and after your session is a simple habit that helps most guests feel more comfortable afterward.
  • ✓ Arrival time — Walk-ins are welcome. If you're booking ahead or requesting a specific therapist, arriving a few minutes early helps things run smoothly.
  • ✓ What to wear — Wear whatever's comfortable and easy to change out of — fresh linens and covers are provided for every session.
  • ✓ Communication — Let our team know about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or areas you'd like us to avoid before your session starts.
  • ✓ Location — We welcome guests at our massage center Ajman location, our Ajman Spa branch, and our spa in Ajman Corniche location. Full directions are on our About Us page.
